Rotary Park
Rotary Park is the largest single project ever undertaken by
the McAlester Rotary Club. It is located near the J. I. Stipe Recreation Center
of the City of McAlester, and includes a paved walking trail (with exercise
stations and resting benches), the Elmer Hale Amphitheater, a picnic pavillion
with fireplace, a fenced children's playground, a large pond which is home to
a number of ducks and other wildlife, and extensive landscaping.
